It's the one you've all been waiting for... our next She Speaks Supper Club will take place at the beautiful and magical Walled Garden in Cobham, Surrey for a summer’s evening of women inspiring women.
Hosted by the incredible Jane Shepherdson CBE - there are few women in British fashion more influential than Jane, often credited as the woman who helped put the “Top” into Topshop, Jane and her team, transformed the brand from a high street retailer into a global fashion powerhouse during her time as Brand Director between 1997–2007, shaping not just what women wore, but an entire era of British style and culture.
From leading in what was still very much a man’s world, to championing sustainability, creativity and fashion as a force for good, Jane’s career has been filled with reinvention, bold decisions and extraordinary vision. Following Topshop, she went on to rejuvenate Whistles as CEO, worked alongside pioneering ethical fashion brand People Tree, advised Oxfam, and continues to shape the future of fashion through My Wardrobe HQ, The London Fashion Fund and Smart Works charity.
Jane will be joined in conversation by the equally inspiring Anna Woods, founder of @positive_retail, the BCorp curated resale store redefining conscious retail. Named as a Vogue Business Innovator: Class of 2025 and recognised as a ‘Champion for Change’, Anna’s no-nonsense approach, honest voice and speak-your-truth philosophy make her a true force in the modern (retail) world.
Together, these two women will bring an evening of insight, honesty, creativity and conversation that we know will stay with you long after the final glass of @maisonmirabeau is poured.
